8” x 5 ½” Card Base at 2” and 6” across to 8” side, fold on score lines

Centering B&T to CS for sides and inside of card,
adhere to card base
o
Using
tape on only one side of scallop, adhere to side front of card

Attach
sequins
o
Using
Glue Pen, trace halo
o
Immediately
add Prisma Glitter
